If it is impossible to install a cable for internet in your workspace, you can also opt for a powerline adapter. With a powerline adapter you can transmit internet via the electricity network. You plug the adapter into the wall socket near your modem and plug the internet cable from your modem into the bottom of the adapter. Plug the other adapter into a socket in the room you want to use as a workspace. At the bottom you plug in an internet cable that connects you to your laptop (or desktop PC).

Custom lighting

It is also important to ensure appropriate lighting in your workspace. Do not work under fluorescent lights. This does not have a nice result on the image. Choose dimmed light. Indirect light is even better. A few spotlights on the wall that shine the light up and down are very nice and give a beautiful result. A floor lamp that points upwards is also a good source of indirect light. If you prefer some variety, choose an LED strip. You can find LED strips that can change color for less than €50. These LED strips also have the advantage that you can dim them and they are also very economical and hardly emit any heat. Never just throw a piece of colored fabric over a lamp. This is very dangerous and can lead to fire.

A fan or air conditioning and heating

It can get very hot in your workspace as a cam model. And that can't just be taken figuratively. Especially in the summer, a fan or possibly air conditioning is not an unnecessary luxury. If you choose air conditioning, choose a low-noise unit. This is not only more fun for you but also for the visitors of your cam when you have turned on the microphone. That is why it is recommended to occasionally change the layout of your workspace. You really don't have to make any major changes or incur costs for this. A different duvet cover, a different location of the sofa or bed, some new frames on the wall. Change location

It's always fun to change workplace. Play the slutty secretary in an office or the horny maid cleaning the living room in an outfit that is way too short. In the summer you can work for the cam from your garden. You can also show yourself while taking a shower or a nice long bath. Many men get very turned on by seeing a woman taking a shower. Your workspace as a webcam model and privacy

Your workspace as a cam model must also offer sufficient privacy. If you live alone, this is usually not really a problem.
